Construction Material Testing is seeking a Senior Precast Inspector III to lead the quality program for precast and prestressed products, align with PCI audits, and guide inspectors across multiple plants.

The role requires PCI Level III certification and 6+ years of experience, with expertise in PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and DOT specifications, and the ability to manage plant QC processes and audits.

Qualifications

• PCI Quality Control Personnel Certification Level III current with 6+ years of precast and prestressed QC including supervision
• Command of PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and state DOT precast and prestressed specifications
• Experience preparing a plant for PCI certification and hosting the audit

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain plant QC programs and manuals to PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and DOT requirements
• Prepare plants for PCI certification audits and DOT approvals
• Lead corrective actions and resolve structural acceptance questions on prestressed products with the engineer of record
• Audit supplier plants on behalf of owners and agencies; qualify precast suppliers
• Supervise and develop Level I and II inspectors across plants and projects
