Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Senior Precast Inspector III to lead plant quality control programs and prepare facilities for PCI certification audits and DOT approvals. You will resolve structural acceptance questions on prestressed products and supervise Level I and II inspectors across multiple plants.

The role requires PCI QC Level III certification, 6+ years of precast experience, and strong interactions with plant managers, engineers of record, and DOT inspectors.

Qualifications

• PCI Certification Level III required with 6+ years in precast and prestressed QC.
• Expert knowledge of PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and DOT precast specs.
• Experience preparing plants for PCI certification and hosting audits.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain plant QC programs and manuals to PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and DOT requirements.
• Prepare plants for PCI certification audits and DOT approvals.
• Lead corrective actions and resolve structural acceptance questions with the engineer of record.
• Audit supplier plants for owners and agencies; supervise Level I and II inspectors across plants.
