Job summary

Qualifications

• PCI Quality Control Personnel Certification Level III, current.
• 6+ years of precast and prestressed QC, including supervision.
• Domain knowledge of PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and DOT specs.
• Experience preparing plants for PCI certification and hosting audits.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain plant QC programs and manuals per PCI/DOT.
• Prepare plants for PCI certification audits and DOT approvals.
• Lead corrective actions and resolve questions with engineers of record.
• Audit supplier plants and supervise Level I/II inspectors.
• Travel between plants on project assignments with per diem as needed.
