Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Senior Precast Concrete Inspector III to lead plant QC programs, prepare facilities for PCI audits, and resolve complex prestressed product issues with the engineer of record.

The role requires PCI QC Level III with 6+ years in precast/prestressed QC, including supervision, and strong knowledge of PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and DOT specs. Travel to multiple plants is expected.

Qualifications

• PCI Level III certification current and relevant to precast QC.
• 6+ years of precast and prestressed QC including supervision.
• Strong knowledge of PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and state DOT specs.
• Experience preparing a plant for PCI certification and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain plant QC programs and manuals per PCI/DOT requirements.
• Prepare plants for PCI certification audits and DOT approvals.
• Resolve structural acceptance questions on prestressed products with engineers of record.
• Supervise and develop Level I and II inspectors across plants.
