Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Precast Concrete Inspector III to serve as the senior quality authority for precast and prestressed products. The role includes establishing plant QC programs, preparing plants for PCI audits, and supervising Level I and II inspectors across multiple plants.

Required is PCI Quality Control Personnel Certification Level III and 6+ years of precast QC experience, including supervision, with familiarity of PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and DOT specs.

Qualifications

• PCI Level III certification current.
• Six plus years of precast and prestressed QC experience including supervision.
• Experience supervising Level I and II inspectors across plants and projects.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain plant QC programs and manuals to PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and DOT requirements.
• Prepare plants for PCI certification audits and DOT approvals.
• Lead corrective actions and resolve structural acceptance questions on prestressed products.
• Audit supplier plants for owners and agencies and qualify precast suppliers.
• Supervise and develop Level I and II inspectors across plants and projects.
