Job summary

Workiva Inc. seeks a Solution Consultant to provide pre-sales support, delivering technical demonstrations and architecture presentations that articulate the value of Workiva’s platform.

You will craft example solutions, prototypes and proofs of concept to illustrate viability and benefits to prospects and customers. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing and Client Services to align solutions with customer needs and contribute to account plans and long-term customer success.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in finance, accounting, internal audit, software development, technical sales, or related field.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of knowledge and related career experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute pre-sales framework to engage customers, prospects, and partners via phone, web, or onsite meetings.
• Identify areas where Workiva solutions align to address customer/prospect needs.
• Demonstrate knowledge across multiple domain areas and use cases.
• Develop new use-cases or proofs of concept to demonstrate value of Workiva solutions.
• Conduct process assessments, build proofs of concepts, and present business cases.
• Deliver cross-domain coaching, training, or mentoring peers.
