Job summary

Pointr is seeking a Solutions Excellence Lead to join our Pre-Sales team in Boston. You’ll own discovery and demos, translate API/SDK tech into an outcome-driven story, and ensure feasibility before deals close.

You’ll mentor peers, collaborate with Delivery and Sales, and shape demo standards. This role reports to the CEO and sits at the intersection of technical depth and commercial storytelling.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to understand deep technical concepts (APIs, SDKs, system architecture) and deliver confident live demos to prospects and stakeholders.
• Experience leading discovery and tailored demos in complex enterprise sales cycles.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering or delivery teams to validate feasibility without direct management.

Responsibilities

• Lead or co-lead discovery sessions and run tailored, use-case-driven demos for complex opportunities.
• Handle toughest technical questions live in customer settings and translate into commercial language.
• Validate feasibility with Delivery and clearly define scope before deal close.
• Own demo standards, assets, and environments for Pre-Sales.
• Define documentation and handover standards from Sales to Delivery.
