Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager, Pre-Sales to drive end-to-end pre-sales for complex software opportunities, including demos, RFP responses, and solution scoping. You will work across direct client engagements, partner-supported opportunities and industry events to accelerate pipeline conversion.

You will lead tailored product demonstrations, facilitate workshops, and coordinate with product, legal and delivery teams to prepare compelling responses. Travel 0-80% may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of pre-sales, solution consulting or technical sales support experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
• Experience delivering demos to mid-level and C-suite stakeholders.
• Experience supporting AI-native software products and PoC engagements.
• Experience handling RFP responses and proposal development.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end pre-sales activities including discovery, demos, RFP responses, solution scoping and proposal preparation.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations to mid-level and senior client stakeholders, translating features into business value.
• Facilitate client workshops to identify requirements, validate fit and shape the solution approach.
• Prepare written responses to RFPs, RFIs and security questionnaires with product, legal and delivery teams.
• Support proof-of-concept engagements; document outcomes and feed learnings back into the pre-sales playbook.
• Collaborate with the sales lead, delivery teams and partners to align on opportunity strategy and solution approach.
• Maintain records of pre-sales activities and support pipeline reporting.
