Job summary

Accenture plc is seeking a Senior Manager, Pre-Sales to accelerate complex software sales by delivering compelling product demonstrations and addressing technical requirements. You will build reusable assets, collaborate across sales teams and partners, and lead pre-sales activities from discovery through proposal preparation.

You will engage clients and industry events, shaping the solution approach with a focus on AI-enabled manufacturing and enterprise software deployments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of pre-sales, solution consulting or technical sales support experience in enterprise software.
• Experience contributing to complex sales opportunities, including RFP responses and solution demonstrations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to produce high-quality proposals under time pressure.
• Organized and detail-oriented; capable of managing multiple concurrent opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end pre-sales process: discovery, demos, RFP responses, solution scoping and proposal preparation.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations to mid-level and senior client stakeholders.
• Facilitate client workshops to identify requirements and shape the solution approach.
• Prepare written responses to RFPs, RFIs and security questionnaires with cross-functional teams.
• Support proof-of-concept engagements and feed learnings back to the pre-sales playbook.
• Collaborate with partners and events to deliver product demonstrations and guidance at industry events.
• Develop reusable pre-sales materials: demo scripts, solution blueprints, and ROI templates.
• Maintain records of pre-sales activities and support pipeline reporting.
