Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager, Pre-Sales to accelerate complex software sales cycles through compelling demonstrations, RFP responses, and solution scoping. You will blend deep product knowledge with strong client-facing skills to drive pipeline and revenue growth across industries.

In this senior role, you will lead pre-sales activities, collaborate with sales teams and partners, and contribute to asset development, enablement, and win/loss reviews. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of pre-sales, solution consulting or technical sales support experience in enterprise software.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end pre-sales process: discovery, demos, RFP responses, solution scoping and proposal preparation.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations to mid-level and senior client stakeholders; translate features into business value.
• Facilitate client workshops to identify requirements, validate fit and shape the solution approach.
• Prepare written responses to RFPs, RFIs and security questionnaires with product, legal and delivery teams.
• Support proof-of-concept engagements; document outcomes and feed learnings to the pre-sales playbook.
• Collaborate with sales, partners and events to position the solution and drive opportunities.
• Develop and maintain reusable pre-sales materials (demo scripts, blueprints, ROI templates).
• Lead pre-sales efforts for AI-enabled software products and complex opportunities.
