Zaddy Solutions is seeking a Pre-Sales Applications Engineer for robotic welding and automated systems in the Pewaukee, WI area. The role is 1st shift, 100% on-site, with travel up to ~15% to support technical discovery and proposal presentations.

Qualificações
- 7+ years of welding automation or robotic systems experience in a pre-sales context.
- Solid understanding of GMAW/MIG and GTAW/TIG processes and their application in automation.
- Proficiency reviewing or drafting cell layouts with AutoCAD/SolidWorks.
- Strong communication skills for client-facing roles and proposals.
Responsabilidades
- Lead pre-sales feasibility reviews by examining parts, drawings, and weld requirements.
- Architect welding automation concepts including cell layouts and process selection (GMAW/GTAW, FANUC/ABB).
- Develop technical proposal content, layouts, cycle time estimates, and BOMs.
- Coordinate weld sample testing and feasibility trials to support proposals.
- Travel to customer facilities ~15% for requirements gathering and design reviews.
- Ensure weld processes comply with AWS D1.1, ASME IX and customer specs.
