Responsibilities

• Lead feasibility reviews by inspecting parts, drawings and specs.
• Architect welding automation concepts and cell layouts.
• Develop technical proposals including layouts, cycle times and BOMs.
• Coordinate weld trials and feasibility testing with teams.
• Travel ~15% to customer facilities for requirements and reviews.
• Ensure weld processes comply with AWS D1.1/ASME IX and specs.
