Qualifications

• 7+ years of welding automation and pre-sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of GMAW/MIG and GTAW/TIG.
• CAD proficiency with AutoCAD or SolidWorks for cell layouts.
• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Residency within 45-minute radius of Pewaukee, WI and US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales feasibility reviews by evaluating customer prints and weld specs.
• Architect robotic welding cell concepts and select processes and tooling.
• Develop technical proposal content including layouts and BOMs.
• Coordinate weld trials and feasibility testing before customer contracts.
• Travel to customer sites ~15% to gather requirements and present solutions.
• Ensure welding processes comply with AWS D1.1 and ASME IX standards.
