Qualifications

• Solid understanding of GMAW/MIG and GTAW/TIG processes and their impact on feasibility.
• Proficiency with CAD/layout tools for cell concepts and layouts.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical feasibility reviews by examining parts, drawings, and specs to determine weld applicability.
• Architect welding automation concepts including processes, power sources, tooling, and robot layouts (FANUC/ABB).
• Develop technical proposals with layouts, cycle-time estimates, labor hours, and BOMs.
