Job summary

You will act as the primary technical lead during pre-sales, evaluate customer prints for weld feasibility, design cell concepts (FANUC/ABB), and develop compelling proposal packages that meet customer needs and budgets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in welding automation or robotic systems integration.
• Strong understanding of GMAW/MIG and GTAW/TIG processes.
• Experience with CAD tools for cell layouts (AutoCAD/SolidWorks).

Responsibilities

• Lead feasibility reviews of parts/drawings to assess weld viability.
• Architect welding automation concepts and cell layouts.
• Develop technical proposals with layouts, cycle times, and BOMs.
• Coordinate weld trials and verification testing.
• Support travel to customer facilities for design reviews.
