Job summary

Neo4j, Inc. is seeking a Senior Pre-Sales Engineer to partner with sales executives and showcase the value of the graph data platform. You will manage the technical aspects of the sales cycle, qualify opportunities, and deliver platform demonstrations across multiple accounts.

Applicants should have 5+ years of customer-facing experience, expertise in data technologies and graph databases, and familiarity with GenAI. Travel is required to support deals and drive success in the US market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience in a similar role (Sales/Pre-sales/Solutions Engineer, etc).
• Experience with enterprise data architecture, data analytics or cloud data architecture.
• Familiarity with graph databases (Neo4j, TigerGraph, OrientDB, JanusGraph).
• Knowledge of GenAI, LLMs and Agentic AI is a must.
• Experience designing and implementing data solutions in public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) or on-premise.

Responsibilities

• Articulate business and technical value of Neo4j to customers and prospects as a key technical advisor.
• Drive and run the technology evaluation stage of sales cycles.
• Manage multiple opportunities, including qualification, discovery, presentations, demos, and documentation of decision criteria.
• Build rapport with customer stakeholders at all levels and act as trusted advisor.
