Job summary

Duvo is seeking a senior pre‑sales / solutions engineer to drive the technical narrative in enterprise deals across the US and Europe. You will run discovery, design pilots, and lead workshops with ops and IT teams to turn interest into signed contracts.

You will work closely with Account Executives, own security reviews, integration sizing, and RFP responses, while shaping the pre‑sales playbook for the team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pre‑sales, solutions engineering, or related enterprise automation roles.
• Hands‑on with modern AI systems, LLMs, and agentic workflows.
• Strong discovery and systems thinking for unfamiliar operations.
• Comfortable with APIs/JSON/SQL; able to investigate and prototype.
• Excellent commercial judgment and ability to articulate value.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery and process mapping for pilots with measurable outcomes.
• Connect solutions to business metrics: margin, inventory, revenue, cycle time.
• Build and demo pilots using customer data and write‑back targets.
• Own the technical evaluation including security and integration sizing.
• Lead early platform testing and manage pilot delivery through handoff.
