Duvo is expanding its pre-sales team to scale enterprise automation for retailers and consumer brands. You will own the technical story in deals, run workshops with ops and IT, and design pilots that move from interest to signed contracts.

This senior individual contributor role has no direct reports, but you will shape the pre-sales playbook, partner with Account Executives, and travel to customer sites as needed.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or applied AI for enterprise operations.
• Hands-on with AI agents, LLMs, and automation workflows.
• Strong ability to map customer workflows to measurable outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Run discovery and process mapping with customer teams.
• Lead workshops and define pilot scope with a Definition of Done.
• Demonstrate pilots tied to margins, working capital, and revenue.
• Navigate security reviews and integration sizing during evaluations.
• Maintain continuity from pilot to deployment handoff.
• Create reusable demo assets and discovery patterns for the team.
