Job summary

Duvo is expanding its pre-sales team across the US, focusing on enterprise operations and AI-powered automation. You will own the technical story in deals, run workshops with ops and IT, and design pilots to convert interest into signed contracts.

This senior IC role requires strong AI hands-on capabilities, discovery-led demos, and the ability to travel to customer sites across the US and Europe. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives and Forward Deployed Engineering after pilot

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or enterprise automation for enterprise buyers.
• Hands-on with modern AI systems, agentic workflows, and practical limits.
• Strong process discovery and systems thinking to map unfamiliar operations.
• Comfortable with APIs, JSON, SQL and light Python/JavaScript.
• Strong commercial judgment to size value and spot buying signals.
• Excellent communication bridging operators, architects and executives.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery and process mapping with customer teams and define a pilot scope.
• Connect the proposed solution to measurable business outcomes like margin and revenue.
• Build and demo pilots aligned to the customer workflow and data shapes.
• Own the technical evaluation: security, integration sizing, RFPs, architecture questions.
• Guide customers through early platform testing and resolve issues during evaluation.
• Push back on scope/timelines when needed and maintain deal velocity.
• Stay engaged through pilot delivery and hand off to engineering after signed pilot.
• Create reusable demo assets, runbooks, and discovery patterns.
