Accenture is seeking an Associate Director of Pre-Sales to lead complex software sales cycles, bridging product expertise with client needs. You will own the solution narrative, engage with clients and partners, and enable teams to win enterprise deals across industries.

The role requires deep product knowledge, strategic impact, and the ability to articulate value to both executive and technical audiences while guiding cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years of pre-sales, solution consulting or technical sales in enterprise software.
• Proven track record closing seven-figure TCV deals in complex environments.
• Deep expertise in at least one enterprise software domain relevant to our product portfolio.
• 5+ years in enterprise architecture, SaaS deployment, API integration and cloud infra.
• 6+ months supporting AI-native software pre-sales with demos or POCs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end pre-sales engagement for strategic opportunities from discovery to proposal and defence.
• Lead client workshops and PoCs translating product capabilities into outcomes.
• Define solution scope, integration architecture and deployment approach with delivery standards.
• Develop and deliver narratives for C-suite and technical audiences.
• Coach junior team members on positioning, objections and storytelling.
