Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Associate Director, Pre-Sales to lead the technical and functional dimension of complex software sales cycles in the United States. You bridge product expertise with client business needs and own the solution narrative that enables the sales team to close enterprise deals.

You work across direct client engagements and partner-led opportunities, contributing both individually and in team enablement.

Qualifications

12+ years in pre-sales/solution consulting in enterprise software.
Proven track record closing seven-figure TCV deals in multi-stakeholder environments.
Deep expertise in at least one enterprise software domain.
5+ years experience with SaaS deployment models, API integration and cloud infrastructure.
5+ years developing reusable proposal and demo assets.
6+ months of demonstrated experience supporting pre-sales for AI-native software products.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end pre-sales engagement from discovery through to proposal, demonstration and oral defence.
Lead client workshops and PoC engagements translating product capabilities into measurable outcomes.
Define solution scope, integration architecture and deployment approach to align with client requirements.
Develop and deliver compelling solution narratives for C-suite and technical audiences.
Serve as primary technical and functional contact for the client during the pre-sales phase.
Collaborate with sales leads and account teams to qualify opportunities early in the cycle.
