Job summary

Kiva is seeking a Senior Manager of Public Relations to lead public relations, media strategy, and partner campaigns across a global nonprofit environment. This role drives thought leadership amplification, data-driven storytelling, and cross‑functional collaboration with Marketing and Strategic Partnerships to maximize impact.

Remote in the United States with eligibility to work domestically; ownership of LinkedIn channel strategy and PR amplification across hubs, partners, and events is

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in public relations and media relations, including direct media pitching and journalist relationships.
• Experience developing and executing thought leadership strategy and channel activation.
• Experience coordinating multi-part campaigns with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Public relations and media: support PR goals, manage day-to-day PR firm relationships, and secure top-tier media opportunities.
• Partner campaigns: shape and execute campaigns with Strategic Partners, Lending Partners, and hubs.
• Thought leadership amplification: manage LinkedIn strategy and amplify thought leadership across channels.
• Analytics, Insights & Amplification: own team reporting and share insights with stakeholders.
