Job summary

Kiva is seeking a Senior Manager, Public Relations to lead PR strategy, media relations, and thought leadership across its global team. You will develop campaigns with partners, amplify leadership narratives, and drive analytics to inform decisions.

This role is remote for U.S.-based candidates and requires authorization to work in the United States on a permanent basis. You will own the LinkedIn channel, coordinate with Marketing and Strategic Partnerships, and help elevate Kiva’s presence in

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in public relations and media relations, including direct media pitching.
• Experience developing and executing thought leadership strategy and channel activation.
• Experience managing multi-partner communications campaigns across teams and partners.
• Preferred: PR agency experience or agency management client-side.
• Familiarity with tools like Sprout, Air, Looker, Dovetail and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Public relations and media – lead PR goals and manage media opportunities.
• Secure national/top-tier media coverage and support PR firm relationships.
• Own Kiva’s local media lists and pitching for community outlets.
• Lead partner campaigns with Strategic Partners, Lending Partners, and hubs.
• Drive thought leadership amplification and LinkedIn strategy.
• Coordinate analytics and share insights with Marketing and cross-functional teams.
