Job summary

Kiva in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager, Public Relations to lead PR strategy, media relations, and thought leadership across the organization. You will collaborate with Marketing, Strategic Partnerships, and hubs to amplify impact.

This role owns LinkedIn channel strategy, coordinates opportunities at conferences and events, and analyzes results to inform campaigns. Applicants must be U.S. work authorized; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Experience in public relations and media relations with direct media pitching.
• Track record developing thought leadership and executive positioning.
• Experience coordinating multi-partner campaigns across teams.

Responsibilities

• Advance PR and thought leadership goals with the Director.
• Gather borrower stories and impact metrics to support media placements.
• Manage Muck Rack data, media lists, and reporting.
• Develop partner-ready PR resources for hubs and partners.
• Lead localized media pitching for community outlets.
• Own LinkedIn strategy and amplify leadership content.
• Collaborate with partnerships and marketing to surface opportunities.
