Kiva, a global nonprofit, is seeking a Senior Manager, Public Relations to lead PR and media strategy, partner campaigns, and thought leadership amplification. You will shape external narratives, coordinate with Marketing, Partnerships, and hubs worldwide, and own Kiva's LinkedIn channel strategy to broaden impact.

This role requires strong media relations, data-driven storytelling, and the ability to manage multi-stakeholder campaigns while advancing Kiva's mission to expand financial access.

Qualifications

• Experience in public relations and media relations with journalist relationships.
• Ability to develop thought leadership strategy and position senior leaders.
• Experience coordinating multi-partner campaigns and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with PR agency management and asset review.

Responsibilities

• Lead PR and media strategy, campaigns, and analytics for external presence.
• Own LinkedIn strategy and thought leadership amplification.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Partnerships to pursue visibility opportunities.
