Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Senior Business Process Lead – PPM to own and standardize finance-driven processes for Oracle ERP-enabled PPM. You will partner with the IT ERP Product & Delivery organization, define requirements, acceptance criteria, and readiness for quarterly releases.

The role works with Advisory, Assurance, Tax, and Finance to ensure real operational needs are reflected. The position focuses on PPM areas such as Project Costing, Billing, Contracts, Resource Management, and Reporting,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and experience with Oracle Cloud ERP-PPM or Oracle EBS – Projects.
• Experience in a professional services or finance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead as the PPM SME; partner with business owners to capture requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Translate SME input into measurable outcomes and traceable requirements.
• Develop BPMN maps and validation test scripts/UAT.
• Support quarterly Oracle releases with business readiness, training, and reporting impacts.
• Collaborate with IT ERP teams on design documents and delivery sequencing.
