Job summary

BDO USA seeks a Senior Business Process Lead – PPM to own finance-led business process capabilities for Oracle ERP-enabled PPM. You will define and prioritize capabilities, translate SME needs into requirements, and ensure readiness for quarterly releases in collaboration with IT ERP.

The role acts as SME for PPM workstreams, coordinating with Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Finance to reflect real operational needs. Requires strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in Oracle ERP-PPM and/or Oracle EBS-Projects.
• Alternative: High School Diploma with 9+ years ERP experience.
• Experience in professional services firms preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills required.
• Proficient in BI reporting tools and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead PPM workstream business process owner responsibilities.
• Translate SME input into clear outcomes and acceptance criteria.
• Develop and maintain BPMN process maps and test artifacts.
• Oversee ServiceNow to Azure DevOps backlog governance.
• Coordinate quarterly Oracle release readiness and controls.
