Job summary

BDO USA seeks a Senior Business Process Lead – PPM to own and standardize Oracle PPM-enabled processes within a Finance-led frame. You will partner with IT ERP Product & Delivery, translate requirements into measurable outcomes, and drive acceptance criteria and readiness for quarterly releases.

The role focuses on PPM areas like Project Costing, Billing, Contracts, Performance, and Resource Management, while embedding compliance and controls with Internal Audit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 5+ years in Oracle PPM Cloud Applications or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead business process SME for PPM workstream.
• Collaborate with IT ERP Delivery teams on design and validation.
• Define acceptance criteria and traceability for requirements.
• Oversee demand intake and backlog governance.
• Coordinate quarterly release readiness and training impacts.
• Ensure controls and compliance alignment with audits.
