Job summary

BDO USA seeks a Senior Business Process Lead – PPM to own finance-led process capabilities and prioritize Oracle ERP-enabled PPM features. You will partner with IT ERP and business SMEs to ensure readiness, validation, and compliant delivery across quarterly releases.

The role requires deep Oracle ERP-PPM/Oracle EBS experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and collaboration across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in Oracle ERP-PPM and/or Oracle EBS – Projects.
• Experience in a professional services firm is preferred.
• Proficiency with BI/reporting tools and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead PPM workstream SME; validate process intent and adoption.
• Define target-state capabilities and measurable success metrics.
• Draft business requirements and acceptance criteria with traceability.
• Manage ServiceNow to Azure DevOps backlog governance and validation.
• Oversee quarterly release readiness and change impact assessments.
