Job summary

RESA Power, LLC is seeking Field Techs and Senior Techs to service, test and maintain power transmission and distribution equipment across the US. The role involves high and medium voltage testing, protective relaying, and on-site troubleshooting to support reliable electrical infrastructure.

Candidates should have strong knowledge of NETA/NEC/OSHA/NFPA standards, safety procedures, and the ability to work with customers and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year related field experience.
• Knowledge of NETA, NEC, OSHA, NFPA standards.
• Experience with MCCs, breakers, relay testing.
• Must follow safety procedures and drive when required.
• Strong communication and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, troubleshoot and data-collect high, medium and low voltage systems.
• Install, commission, test and maintain protective relaying equipment and switchgear.
• Develop standardized commissioning, testing, and maintenance procedures.
• Perform functional testing of substation control circuits to validate relay operation.
• Rotate emergency on-call duties and respond to customer emergencies promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory safety requirements.
