Job summary

RESA Power, LLC is seeking Field Techs and Power Systems Technicians to service, test, and maintain power transmission equipment. Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED required.
• NETA certifications (II/III/IV) as applicable for the level.
• Experience with high voltage equipment and relay testing preferred.
• Must follow electrical safety procedures and good problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, troubleshoot and data-collect for low/medium/high voltage systems (up to 500kV).
• Install, commission and maintain protective relaying equipment and switchgear.
• Develop and document commissioning/testing procedures for relay systems.
• Perform functional testing of substation control circuits and validate relay operation.
• Create relay testing routines and perform end-to-end relay testing with specialized software.
