RESA Power is a dynamic provider of electrical distribution services, seeking a Service Field Tech to service, test, and maintain power transmission and distribution equipment across customer sites. Role involves high voltage testing, data collection, and on-site troubleshooting with a focus on safety and reliability.

Based in Dallas, TX, the position offers hourly compensation ranging from $25 to $65, with on-call rotation and potential travel.

Formación

• High School diploma/GED and minimum 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Knowledge of industry standards such as NETA, NEC, OSHA and NFPA.
• Experience with MCCs, breakers, relay testing, oil testing, infrared scanning, and switchgear up to 500kV.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect, test, troubleshoot, perform start-up and data collection for low, medium and high voltage electrical systems (up to 500kV).
• Test and inspect switchgear, breakers, transformers and related equipment.
• Perform maintenance and repair on breakers and switchgear; respond to customer emergencies as needed.
• Coordinate on-call duties and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
