Zusammenfassung

RESA Power is seeking Field Tech/Power Systems Technicians to service, test, and maintain power transmission and distribution equipment across multiple sites in the United States, with up to 70% travel.

Roles range from Tech I to Sr Field Tech, requiring a high school diploma/GED and related field experience. You will follow electrical safety procedures, communicate with clients, and contribute to safe, reliable power systems.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma/GED and 1+ year in related field.
• Knowledge of NETA, NEC, OSHA and NFPA.
• Experience with MCCs, breakers, relay testing, oil testing, infrared scanning or relevant military training.
• Must work safely and follow electrical safety procedures.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license if position uses a company vehicle.

Aufgaben

• Inspect, test, troubleshoot, perform start-ups and collect data on low to high voltage systems (up to 500kV).
• Test and service low/medium voltage switchgear and circuit breakers.
• Perform maintenance and repair on transformers and related equipment (45 KVA to 130 MVA).
• Operate high voltage test equipment including Doble Power Factor sets.
• Rotate emergency on-call duties and respond to customer emergencies.
