Job summary

EOLA Power is seeking a Power Systems Senior Account Executive to drive growth across the Southeast and emerging territories. The role focuses on closing high-value deals in UPS systems, batteries, and critical power infrastructure for hospitals, data centers, municipalities, and federal agencies.

You will lead engagements from site visits to proposals, collaborating with engineering and field teams, while building a robust book of business with strong support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in UPS systems, electrical power, generators, batteries, critical infrastructure, or related industrial sectors.
• Proven record of closing $2M-$5M+ annually (after ramp).
• Clear communication, professional presence, strong follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle sales: site visits, scoping, technical assessments, proposals, negotiation, close
• Develop long-term relationships with mission-critical clients (healthcare, industrial, federal, municipal, data center)
• Collaborate with engineering, inside sales, contracting, and field service teams to deliver accurate solutions
• Build and maintain your own book of business with full support behind you
