Job summary

EOLA Power, Inc. specializes in service and upgrades of UPS systems, batteries, and critical power infrastructure for hospitals, data centers, municipalities, industrial facilities, and federal agencies.

We’re not hiring employees; we’re hiring closers to expand our footprint across the Southeast and emerging territories. We offer an aggressive compensation package with uncapped commissions and bonuses (OTE $250K–$300K+), plus vehicle allowance and full benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in UPS systems, electrical power, generators, batteries, critical infrastructure, or related industrial sectors.
• Strong understanding of electrical concepts: UPS topology, battery systems, bypass configurations, kVA sizing, power distribution, and system replacements.
• Proven record of closing $2M–$5M+ annually (after ramp).
• Clear communication, professional presence, strong follow-through.
• Experience working with hospitals, municipalities, industrial plants, or data centers is a plus.
• Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing complex technical sales independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle sales from site visits to close.
• Develop long-term relationships with mission-critical clients across healthcare, industrial, federal, municipal, and data centers.
• Collaborate with engineering, inside sales, contracting, and field service teams to deliver accurate solutions.
• Build and maintain your own book of business with full support behind you.
