Lake Superior Consulting is seeking a Sr Project Manager to lead and deliver power generation, substation, and distribution projects with multi-disciplinary teams across offices. You will drive scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring safety and quality for clients and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, risk management, and clear communication with utilities, vendors, and clients. The anticipated salary range is $120,000-$180,000 per year, with a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or related technical discipline.
• PMP certification preferred, or ability to obtain certification.
• Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in project management, engineering management, construction management, or related leadership roles.
• Demonstrated experience managing engineering or EPC-support projects in power generation, substations, transmission, distribution, utility interconnections, industrial power systems, or related electrical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Assess opportunities, develop proposals, define execution strategies, and assemble project teams.
• Lead multiple complex power-sector projects delivering on time and within budget.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary project teams across offices, clients, vendors, and contractors.
• Monitor project financial performance including budgets, forecasts, and change management.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior engineers and project managers.
• Contribute to process improvements for power-sector project delivery.
