Job summary

Lake Superior Consulting is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead power-generation, substation, and distribution projects in the United States. You will coordinate electrical, civil, and controls teams to ensure safe, high-quality delivery on schedule and within budget.

The role requires 15+ years in project/engineering management and strong client-facing communication. The position offers flexible work options and a competitive salary range.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline; Electrical Engineering preferred.
• PMP certification preferred, or ability to obtain certification.
• Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in project/engineering/construction management.
• Experience in power generation, substations, transmission, distribution, or related electrical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary engineering and project teams to deliver power projects on time and within budget.
• Develop scopes, execution plans, schedules, and cost controls; manage risk and change orders.
• Coordinate with clients, utilities, vendors, and internal teams across locations.
• Provide mentorship to junior staff and support business development efforts.
