Job summary

Lake Superior Consulting is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead power-generation, substation, and distribution projects. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, drive scope, schedule, and cost, and partner with clients and vendors to ensure safe, high-quality delivery.

The role requires extensive PM experience in power/utility infrastructure, strong leadership, and a strategic, results-driven mindset. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or related field (Electrical preferred).
• PMP certification preferred or ability to obtain certification.
• 15+ years of professional experience in PM or engineering/construction leadership roles.
• Experience managing engineering or EPC-support projects in power and utility infrastructure.
• Experience coordinating multi-discipline deliverables and client interface.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver power generation, substations, and distribution projects.
• Develop execution strategies, proposals, scopes of work, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, and risk through lifecycle.
• Support BD through client relationships, proposals, and technical scoping.
• Coordinate across electrical, civil, structural, mechanical, controls, and environmental disciplines.
