Job summary

Lake Superior Consulting, LLC seeks a Sr Project Manager to lead power-generation, substation, and distribution projects. You will guide cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and ensure safety and quality across the lifecycle.

The role involves driving client relationships, proposal input, and execution planning for multi-discipline engineering work, with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline with leadership experience.
• PMP certification preferred, or ability to obtain certification.
• 15+ years of professional experience in project/engineering management.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary engineering and project teams in power generation, substations, and distribution projects.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and risk across the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and construction partners to deliver on commitments.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior engineers and project staff.
