Job summary

Lake Superior Consulting is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary engineering and project teams in power generation, substation, and power distribution projects. The role is based in Houston and requires strong leadership, advanced project controls, and client-facing communication.

The incumbent will manage budgets, schedules, risk, and quality, align with stakeholders, mentor staff, and contribute to business development through client relationships and proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline; Electrical Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary engineering and project teams to deliver power generation, substations, and distribution projects.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, safety, and quality across project lifecycle.
• Serve as primary client-facing project leader coordinating with utilities, vendors, and internal teams.
• Support business development through client relationships and proposals.
• Mentor and train junior project engineers and associate project managers.
