Job summary

HDR is seeking a Senior Project Manager General to lead multi-discipline projects within the Power sector. You will direct teams from development to close-out, manage budgets and schedules, and collaborate with clients across the lifecycle.

Required: Bachelor's in a related field, 10 years PM experience, MS Office and scheduling tools proficiency; PE or PMP preferred. HDR emphasizes employee ownership and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• 10 years related experience
• Minimum 5 years project management experience
• Experience with project management software and scheduling tools
• Strong organizational, communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage large multidiscipline projects with high technical complexity and large staff
• Produce and coordinate multiple projects concurrently
• Maintain client relations and participate in marketing, contractual, design and production meetings
• Conduct work sessions for deliverable development with staff and stakeholders
• Coordinate staffing and workload through project lifecycle and ensure deliverables meet schedule
• Monitor budget and project performance with leadership for periodic reviews
• Implement QA/QC procedures and mentor junior project managers
• Perform other duties as needed
