Job summary

HDR is seeking a Power Generation Project Manager to lead multi-discipline teams on diverse power projects, including traditional generation, renewables, and storage. You will steer scope, schedule, and budget, while maintaining strong client relationships from pre-positioning through project completion.

The role requires a PE license or reciprocity, 7+ years in project management, and outstanding leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required or reciprocity ability.
• 10+ years utility-scale power project management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills essential.
• Experience in business development and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Lead project team across disciplines, manage schedule and budget.
• Develop project work plan and ensure quality, Schedule and profitability goals.
• Maintain client relationships from pre-positioning to project delivery.
• Contribute to marketing, business development and proposal activities.
• Provide training and mentoring to project staff.
