HDR is hiring a Power Generation Project Manager to lead multi-discipline teams on industrial, IPP and utility power projects. You will manage schedules, budgets, and client expectations while coordinating traditional and renewable generation technologies and storage solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a PE license or eligibility.
• 7+ years of related experience with 2+ years in PM.
• Demonstrated leadership and client-relations skills.
• Experience with MS Office and MS Project required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team, manage schedule and budget, coordinate with disciplines.
• Provide daily leadership and develop the project work plan.
• Achieve schedule, quality and profitability goals; manage scope changes.
• Maintain client relations and perform marketing and business development.
• Prepare proposals, review contracts, and assess risks.
• Conduct design reviews and quality assurance, mentor staff, report progress.
