Responsibilities include managing change, coordinating submittals, and guiding engineering teams. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, 13+ years of experience, and PMP/ CCM/ DBIA certification within 12 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 13+ years of relevant work experience.
• PMP, CCM or DBIA certification required (within 12 months of hire).
• Significant design-build/EPC experience with heavy industrial power/power plant clients.

Responsibilities

• Creates project definitions, schedules, budgets, and objectives for projects.
• Prepares detailed statements of work with budgets and gains concurrence from stakeholders.
• Manages project costs and profitability.
• Prepares and reviews client billings and ensures timely payment; reviews subcontracts for timely payments.
• Monitors project status and escalates risks as needed.
• Manages change using change management protocols.
• Clearly communicates deadlines, assignments and objectives to project team.
• Prepares overall project schedule/timeline and in-house budgets by group responsibility.
• Facilitates meetings with stakeholders.
• Coordinates submittals to agencies and reviews documentation.
