Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking an experienced design-build/EPC Project Manager with substantial experience in heavy industrial power plants. You will develop project definitions, schedules, budgets, and manage costs to ensure profitability, while coordinating with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver on time and within scope.

Travel is 10% or less; PMP/CCM/DBIA certifications are required within 12 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Thirteen (13) or more years of relevant work experience.
• PMP (PMI), CCM or DBIA certification within 12 months of hire or promotion.

Responsibilities

• Creates project definitions, schedules, budgets and objectives.
• Manages project costs to ensure profitability and prepares client billings.
• Monitors risks, changes and delivers on time and within budget.
• Coordinates with clients, engineers and vendors to close out tasks.
