Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking an experienced design-build/EPC Project Manager with significant experience in heavy industrial power / power plants. Responsibilities include defining projects, creating schedules and budgets, managing costs and profitability, and coordinating with stakeholders to deliver on time and within scope.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree, 13+ years of relevant experience, and PMP/CCM/DBIA certification within 12 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 13+ years of relevant work experience.
• PMP, CCM or DBIA certification required within 12 months of hire or promotion.

Responsibilities

• Create project definitions, schedules, budgets, and objectives.
• Prepare statements of work with work breakdown structures and obtain approvals.
• Manage project costs and profitability.
• Review and process client billings and subcontractor invoices to ensure timely payment.
• Monitor project status and risks; escalate as needed.
• Coordinate and review technical work; ensure deliverables meet schedule.
