Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Defines project scope, schedule, and budget with stakeholders.
• Prepares SOW and work breakdown structures.
• Manages costs and profitability, and oversees client billings.
• Coordinates subcontractor invoices and payments.
• Monitors risks and Change Management processes.
• Generates monthly reports and bid packages.
