Job summary

JE Dunn Construction in the United States seeks a General Superintendent – Power to lead field operations on natural gas and thermal power projects. You will develop plans, oversee subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery across all phases.

As a senior field leader, you’ll coordinate with engineering, commissioning, and Owner teams, manage budgets, and mentor field staff while upholding JE Dunn’s safety and diversity commitments on large-scale power facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large power-generation projects from pursuit through closeout.
• Proven ability to manage multi-contractor, multi-shift operations on high-risk, schedule-critical sites.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC programs and safety protocols in power environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of field operations and safety culture for power projects.
• Coordinate with owners, design teams, and subcontractors to meet schedule and budget.
• Develop project plans, manage field staffing, and oversee turnover and commissioning.
