Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a General Superintendent – Power to provide field leadership for natural gas and thermal power generation projects. You will ensure safe, high-quality delivery, develop plans, manage subcontractors, and align with engineering and commissioning teams across multiple sites.

You will mentor field teams, coordinate with clients and OEMs, and drive a culture of excellence, diversity, and inclusion while maintaining program schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM, engineering or related field.
• 12+ years construction experience.
• Proven leadership on major power generation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and ensure injury-free environment.
• Oversee field operations, schedules and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with owners, design teams and vendors for delivery.
