Job summary

This senior role develops project plans, directs field operations, manages subcontractors, and coordinates with engineering, commissioning and owners to achieve schedule, budget and performance goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 12+ years construction experience.
• 10+ years field supervision experience.
• Experience leading Lean principles on projects.
• Proven track record managing major power generation projects.
• Experience coordinating startup and commissioning activities for complex mechanical/electrical systems.
• Experience implementing advanced safety protocols specific to power‑plant environments.
• Valid drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of the company’s safety culture and ensures an injury‑free environment.
• Communicates project information to owners, design team, authorities, subcontractors, suppliers and other departments.
• Oversees project planning, sequencing and field operations, coordinating all site activities to meet schedule, budget and quality goals.
• Directs subcontractors and manages materials and equipment for the project.
• Mentors field teams and manages relationships with clients, OEMs, and engineering partners.
• Oversees installation of major power‑plant systems including gas turbines and HRSG components.
• Coordinates turnover packages with commissioning teams and supports startup activities.
• Supports project closeouts with pre‑punch activities and documentation.
